Cancellation Policy
At AstraKids, we understand that plans may sometimes change. Our cancellation policy helps us manage appointments fairly for all families.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled subject to the availability of our team and the preferred time slot.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a completed session.
Missed Sessions
Sessions missed without prior notice may not be refundable, transferable or rescheduled.
Cancellation by AstraKids
If AstraKids needs to cancel a session, we will offer an alternative date or adjust the session accordingly.
Program and Assessment Fees
Fees for assessments, consultations or work already completed may not be refundable. Any eligible refund will be reviewed according to the service booked.
